Items prohibited from package delivery

All items dispatched via Swyvery are required to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and Swyvery's own policies. It is strictly prohibited to send items that are illegal, unsafe, or fall under any of the prohibited categories outlined on this page.

Should you dispatch an item that contravenes the law or any of our policies, as stipulated on this page, corrective actions will be implemented, which may include, but are not limited to, an immediate suspension or termination of your account. Dispatching products that are deemed illegal or unsafe could also result in legal repercussions, encompassing both civil and criminal penalties.

Swyvery strongly encourages users to report any items that violate Swyvery policies or applicable laws by reaching out to us directly. Each reported item will undergo a thorough investigation, and we will take appropriate action in response to the findings. Your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our platform is greatly appreciated.

The following items are prohibited from package delivery:

• People
• Illegal items
• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, and their parts
• Alcohol
• Highly perishable food or beverages (e.g., raw meat or dairy products, etc.)
• Pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or supplements
• Money, gift cards, lottery tickets, or transferable securities
• Recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, or tobacco products
• Dangerous or hazardous items, including:
  • Explosives
  • Items that are poisonous or flammable (including paints or adhesives containing a flammable liquid)
  • Substances and material identified in the Hazardous Materials Table in 49 CFR section 172.101 or material determined to be hazardous under 49 U.S.C. section 5103 et. seq. and transported in a quantity requiring placarding according to regulations prescribed under 49 CFR, Subtitle B, Chapter I, Subchapter C, hazardous waste (including but not limited to hypodermic needles), or medical waste
• Stolen goods
• Fragile items
• Sexual aids; obscene or pornographic material
• Livestock, regulated species (e.g., noxious weeds, prohibited seeds), or animal parts, bloods, or fluids
• Any items for which you do not have permission to send
• Any items reasonably likely to be perceived by the recipient as threatening or harassing, or otherwise contravening the Community Guidelines

The above list of prohibited items is not exhaustive. Swyvery retains the discretion to prohibit additional items that are not on the above list.
