While the specific steps may vary depending on the retailer and the system they use, this link is the link provided by the retailer when a curbside pick up order has been processed and is ready for pick up. This link typically provides directions on how to notify the store of your arrival when going to pick up your package. It is super helpful to include this link in your curbside pickup order request to allow our drivers seamlessly pick up your order. But not to worry, if this link is unavailable, our messaging feature allows you and the driver to communicate and stay updated throughout the process. 


Please see the set of instructions on how to use the store pickup link from an email for curbside pickup orders. Please keep in mind that these instructions may not cover every possible scenario, so it's essential to follow the guidance provided in the email you received.

  • Open the Email:
    • Locate and open the email from the retailer or store from which you made the purchase. This email should contain details about your curbside pickup order. This email should indicate that your curbside pickup order is ready for pickup.
  • Find the Pickup Link:
    • Look for a specific section or button in the email that mentions "Curbside Pickup" or something similar. The link might be embedded in a button or a clickable text.
  • Open and review the Pickup Link:
    • Review the provided link to access the pickup details for your curbside pickup order. This link is often unique to your order and may direct you to a webpage or app. Once you click the link, you might be directed to a page where you can review your order details, pickup location, and any specific instructions provided by the store
  • Copy and paste the link in the Store Pickup Link field:
    • Proceed to copy and paste this link in the Store Pickup Link field on Step 3 of your Curbside Pickup order request. Now your driver should be able to seamlessly navigate and pickup your order without a hassle.

Alcohol, medication, drugs, firearms, and dangerous or illegal items are prohibited. Items sent via Swyvery must comply with all laws and regulations and with Swyvery policies. Violations may be reported to authorities and app access may be removed. Swyvery will cooperate with law enforcement on any illegal activity.
